Kanwefit (“the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is operated by Inteya 2010 Ltd, a company registered in Bulgaria under registration number 201023041, with its principal office at 79, Dondukov Blvd., 1504 Sofia, Bulgaria.

By accessing or using Kanwefit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Kanwefit is intended for individuals aged 16 and above.

If you are under 18 but at least 16, you should use the App only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Kanwefit can be accessed globally, including the United Kingdom.

To simplify tax and compliance, paid packages are not offered to users located in the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA). If you are in the EU/EEA, you may still use any free features, but you should not attempt to purchase packages.

If paid packages are available in your region, you may purchase additional reading credits after any free credits are used.

No credit card is required to start using free readings.

Kanwefit provides compatibility readings generated from user-submitted inputs.

The content is for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice.

Readings describe tendencies, not outcomes. Real results depend on many factors including choice, maturity, context, and effort.

You agree to enter information accurately to the best of your knowledge.

You may use real names, nicknames, callsigns, pseudonyms, or fictional names. Kanwefit does not require or verify legal names.

You are solely responsible for how you interpret and act on any reading.

You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it, or copy content in violation of these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any readings stored on it.

When you first use the App, an anonymous access code is generated.

Your access code is stored locally and also recorded server-side with a balance of available reading credits.

Access codes are not linked to personal identities, and no real names, emails, or other personal information are required to use the App.

Access codes may be shared or transferred. Anyone who has your access code may be able to change it.

If your code is changed, you may lose access to your remaining credits. You can change your access code to stop others from using your credits.

Readings are stored locally on the device/browser where they were created and are not transferred by the access code.

If paid packages are available in your region, payments are processed by third-party providers Stripe and PayPal.

Kanwefit does not collect or store your payment card details.

Your interaction with Stripe or PayPal is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

The App, its design, code, text, graphics, and branding are protected by intellectual property laws and are the property of Inteya 2010 Ltd or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Kanwefit uses AI to generate natural-language explanations.

Even with the same input data, readings may differ slightly in wording or structure.

You use Kanwefit at your own risk and are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on App content.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”.

We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, completeness, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inteya 2010 Ltd and its affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the App.

Your sole and exclusive remedy is to stop using the App.

We respect your privacy. Our data practices are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We may update or modify the App and/or these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted in the App or on our website.

Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Kanwefit shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
