Kanwefit (“the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is operated by Inteya 2010 Ltd, a company registered in Bulgaria under registration number 201023041, with its principal office at 79, Dondukov Blvd., 1504 Sofia, Bulgaria.

Kanwefit can be accessed globally, including the United Kingdom.

To simplify tax and compliance, paid packages are not offered to users located in the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA). If you are in the EU/EEA, you may still use any free features, but you should not attempt to purchase packages.

To generate a reading, the App asks you to enter limited inputs for two people: a name, a birth date, and a birthplace for each (and birth time, if known).

Names do not have to be real. You may use nicknames, callsigns, pseudonyms, or fictional names. Names are only used to label readings and do not change the result.

We do not require contact details, account registration, or payment card information to generate a reading.

When you submit inputs, they are transmitted securely to our processing service solely to generate the reading you requested and then returned to your device.

We do not store your inputs or the resulting reading on our servers after processing.

Unless you choose to export or share a reading, it remains on your device under your control.

Because we do not link inputs or readings to personal identifiers, we have no technical means to associate a specific reading with a specific individual.

We use a trusted third-party service provider strictly to process your inputs and return the generated reading.

The provider is contractually prohibited from using the data for any other purpose and from retaining it beyond what is necessary to perform the processing.

We do not share data with third parties for advertising, profiling, or resale.

When you begin using the App or claim free readings, an anonymous access code is generated.

The code is stored in your browser’s local storage and is also registered on our server with its available-readings balance so that reading credits can be used across devices if you choose to use the same code.

The access code is not linked to your identity; no real name, email, or personal identifier is required.

Readings themselves are stored locally on the device/browser where they were created.

Because access codes contain no personal information and can be transferred or reset, we cannot identify you personally through a code.

Kanwefit does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

We use one essential cookie named “access_code” to support core functionality.

If paid packages are available in your region, payments for additional reading packages are processed by third-party providers Stripe and PayPal.

Sensitive payment data (such as card numbers) is handled directly by Stripe or PayPal on their systems or embedded components; we do not receive or store such information.

We may receive limited non-sensitive details (such as a transaction ID, payment status, and package purchased) to validate your purchase.

Your use of Stripe or PayPal is also governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

We use encrypted transmission when sending your inputs to our processing service and returning results to your device.

While we take reasonable measures to protect data in transit and during processing, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You should keep your device protected and manage any saved readings responsibly.

You can delete readings stored on your device at any time.

Because we do not store your inputs or readings on our servers after processing, we generally have no reading content held by us to access, correct, or delete.

If you contact us, we can respond to general privacy questions, but we cannot retrieve or restore locally stored readings or lost access codes.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you are under 13, do not use our services or provide us with personal data.

We comply with applicable U.S. data protection laws to the extent they apply to our services.

Inteya 2010 Ltd is based in Bulgaria (EU). Processing by our third-party provider may occur within the EU or in other jurisdictions, solely for the purpose of generating your requested reading and without retention.

By using the App, you consent to this processing.

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted in the App or on our website with the effective date updated above.

Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
